65. Some mother in law do not uncover their face in front of their son in law or they uncover after taking some money. So is this making something unlawful that Allaah has made lawful?
65. بعض ساس کا داماد کے سامنے اپنا چہرا نہ کھولنا یا کچھ رقم لے کر چہرہ کھولتی ہیں۔ تو کیا یہ جسے اللہ نے حلال کیا ہے اسے حرام کرنا ہے؟
60. Some people at the time of the marriage contract impose a condition on the husband by way of the wife that he will provide her a maid or he will allow her to study etc. So what is your opinion on this? Should not we leave it upon the husband and the wife?
60. بعض لوگ دورانِ عقد عورت سے یہ شرط شوہر پر لگواتے ہیں کہ وہ اسے خادمہ فراہم کرے یا پڑھائی کرنے دے وغیرہ تو آپ کی اس میں کیا رائے ہے ؟ کیا اسے شوہر بیوی پر نہیں چھوڑنا چاہئے ؟
52. Will the marriage contract be considered from the announcement of the marriage or doing the marriage banquet and inviting people for it is important?

43. فضیلۃ الشیخ : اس میں کوئی شک نہیں کہ دعوتِ ولیمہ کو قبول کرنا واجب ہے ، تو کیا اس میں فرق ہے کہ کسی سے مل کر خاص طور پر اسے دعوت دی جائے یا کارڈ کے ذریعے اسے دعوت دی جائے؟
34. What is the ruling on putting chairs on the stage for the bride and the groom in the female gathering side where unrelated women are present and they sometimes even dance in front of the groom?
34. شادی میں دلہا اور دلہن کے لئے عورتوں کی مجلس میں سٹیج پر کرسی رکھنے کا کیا حکم ہے جہاں اجنبی عورتیں بھی ہوتی ہیں اور دلہے کے سامنے بعض دفعہ ناچتی بھی ہیں؟
32. If the legal guardian of the girl does not pray then will the guardianship pass on (to the next guardian)? And will this affect the marriage contract?
32. اگر لڑکی کا ولی نماز نہیں پڑھتا ہو تو کیا اس کی ولایت منتقل ہو جائے گی؟ اور کیا اس سے عقدِ نکاح پر فرق پڑے گا؟
28. If the boy is a person who does not pray in the Masjid or does not pray at all then can we marry with him with the hope that maybe his situation will be rectified? And if there is a similar case with the girl?

27. فضیلۃ الشیخ : آپ نے فرمایا تھا کہ مالدار لوگوں کے لئے جائز نہیں ہے کہ وہ اپنے بیٹوں کی شادی کے لئے زکاۃ کا مال دیں ، گرچہ دوسری شادی ہی کیوں نہ ہو؟
26.Many young men feel the need for marriage but yet have financial constraints and are shy asking for funds as a righteous help from any Islamic organization or for taking funds from Zakat. What is your opinion about this?
