    28. If the boy is a person who does not pray in the Masjid or does not pray at all then can we marry with him with the hope that maybe his situation will be rectified? And if there is a similar case with the girl?

    32. If the legal guardian of the girl does not pray then will the guardianship pass on (to the next guardian)? And will this affect the marriage contract?
